I was making a summary of my Sport Successes of the 2014. I have to say that it was a great year for my sport activity and my health. I climbed hills and mountains achieving Personal Records in Speed and Elevation and getting Amazing Results for an Amateur Cyclist that exercise using a 22 years old mountain bike.
Sport Successes going to the Final Weight Goal
I made this possible, just settings sequential weight targets to achieve the Final Weight Goal of 60 Kg.

I start the 2015 with just 63 kg of body weight. it is around 17 Kg in less since the beginning of 2014. This is impressive, also if I failed to achieve the Final Goal before the end of the 2014.
I have achieved Milestones that in past seemed like something impossible for me. Here a couple of them.
- I climbed the mountain achieving the top, cycling alone in the desolation of the dirty mountain roads and pushing up the bicycle for several km when the front wheel was punctured.
- I achieved a Personal Speed Record in the summer getting 2.39 min/km cycling for 17 Km.
This was a Great Year and I explored many new routes losing myself in unknown streets. This was definitely the year of the mountains. My Bicycle old and rusty needed much maintenance, time by time, but at the end it was with me in all my Solo Adventures.
My Sport Successes show the Determination, the Dedication and the Discipline to reach targets.
Thanks 2014 for all the Sport Successes and for all the Goals achieved. And now I am ready to achieve the best than ever in this 2015.
